Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple locations from Austin, Texas. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable laws.

Responsibilities include ADP administration, tax filings, audits, and collaboration with HR/Finance on changes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of payroll experience, 3+ years with ADP, and CPP certification is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ADP.
• CPP certification preferred; Mandarin skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing across multiple locations.
• Administer ADP system configurations and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Handle payroll tax filings and year-end processes.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and month-end reports.
• Train and mentor payroll staff as the team scales.
