Job summary

BDA, LLC is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for over 1,000 employees across various states and countries. The successful candidate will work onsite in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, compliance management, and supporting system improvements in ADP and Workday. Ideal candidates should possess at least 3 years of payroll experience and expertise in payroll regulations and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including multi-state and international payroll processing.
• Experience with ADP and Workday required.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Manage state and federally mandated garnishments and payroll compliance.
• Support Workday-related payroll and HRIS initiatives.
