Envision Pharma Group is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to own the US payroll process end-to-end, primarily in ADP, while gaining exposure to international payroll operations.

Role requires advanced knowledge of US payroll tax rules, multi‑country payroll coordination, and strong Excel/data analysis capabilities. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Total Rewards in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll experience with hands-on US payroll.
• Advanced knowledge of US payroll tax rules, wage/hour rules, deductions.
• Experience configuring or troubleshooting ADP.
• Experience coordinating international payroll with providers.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for complex payroll data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US payroll processing in ADP, including regular/off-cycle runs.
• Prepare, validate, and process payroll inputs: hires, terminations, leave, garnishments, deductions, taxes.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies; respond to employee queries and escalate complex issues.
• Support US payroll tax reporting: W‑2s, W‑4s, 401(k) reporting, agency notices.
• Ensure accurate statutory deductions and benefits-related contributions.
• Coordinate international payroll inputs with in-country providers and bureaus.
• Support international statutory reporting: P60s, P11Ds, tax filings, returns.
• Collaborate with Finance on reconciliations, funding, and intercompany costs.
• Monitor payroll legislation; update processes and controls accordingly.
• Lead audits with accurate payroll data and documentation.
