Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced payroll lead to drive the workstream for international expansion projects across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with HR, Benefits, Legal, Procurement, Tax and People Systems, manage external payroll vendors, support M&A transactions, and review payroll workbooks for accuracy across EMEA, LATAM and APAC, including equity transactions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience setting up international payroll processes.
• Experience managing payroll for countries in EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

• Support processing of equity transactions while adhering to local country requirements.

Compensation: $100 - $140 per hour
