Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Business-to-Business client service/interface or systems integration environment.

• Serve as the subject matter expert to lead project workflow and optimize configurations and upgrades.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering timely solutions within defined timelines.
