Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP's White Plains office is seeking a Global Payroll HRIS Analyst to manage international payroll systems, focusing on Workday HCM integrations and global compliance. This hybrid role requires strong analytical and project management skills to support payroll operations across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits and HR, perform data audits, implement system upgrades, and design efficient processes while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting payroll systems internationally.
• Minimum three years of Workday HCM experience, including APIs/integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-country payroll implementations and enhancements ensuring local compliance.
• Design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot payroll system features and reports, focusing on international offices.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and data quality.
• Audit payroll processes and data for accuracy and compliance as needed.
• Provide system expertise and contingency planning for payroll operations globally.
