Job summary

Point72 Asset Management, L.P. is seeking a payroll systems expert to support global payroll technology across multiple countries. You will work with Workday and CloudPay, translate business needs into requirements, and manage end-to-end payroll processes.

You will triage production issues, coordinate urgent fixes, and lead testing for releases, country rollouts, and process improvements, ensuring strong controls and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll systems, HR systems, or payroll operations within a multinational organization.
• Hands-on experience with Workday payroll processes, roles, inputs, and outputs.
• Experience supporting outsourced payroll processing via CloudPay or similar providers.
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, benefits, and year-end processing.
• Ability to manage payroll integrations, secure file transfers, and data reconciliation controls.
• Experience with system changes through requirements, testing, release management, and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Support global payroll technology across countries using core and third‑party platforms.
• Translate business needs into system requirements, configurations, and integrations.
• Triages production issues, validates results, and coordinates urgent fixes before payroll close.
• Monitor and troubleshoot payroll integrations with HR, finance, and tax systems.
• Coordinate calendars, cutoffs, funding timelines, and payslip reporting with global teams.
• Lead testing for releases and country rollouts, including scripts and defect tracking.
• Maintain documentation for payroll processes, mappings, and runbooks.
