Position Overview

Global Payroll HRIS Analyst – White Plains, NY (hybrid). Responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining payroll technology globally to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, enhance, and maintain payroll technology globally.
  • Troubleshoot payroll system issues, perform data audits, implement system upgrades, create reports, and ensure system compliance with local statutory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Act as the liaison between Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, and system vendors to maximize system efficiency.
  • Create and update payroll procedures and provide analysis of payroll operations globally.
  • Lead multi‑country payroll implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot new payroll system features, standards, procedures, calculated fields, and reports, with focus on international offices.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless and efficient payroll processing and maintain data quality and timely updates of global payroll configurations.
  • Provide system expertise, address risks and issues through effective contingency plans, proper escalation, and prepare project schedules.
  • Perform Workday system analysis and consult with technology team members and stakeholders to offer solutions using best practices.
  • Support new payroll system functionality, particularly internal and external integrations for international offices.
  • Resolve production issues and defects reported to ensure timeliness of wage payments.
  • Audit payroll processes and data for accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements as needed.
  • Recommend system enhancements to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience supporting payroll systems internationally.
  • Minimum of three years of Workday HCM experience, including APIs and integrations with Workday HCM or similar HCM systems.
  • Knowledge of international payroll and tax laws and requirements.
  • Strong project management skills for cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, planning, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Close attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
  • Discretion and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.

Salary Details

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range $100,000 - $115,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable law.
