Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) seeks a Director, Global Payroll to lead the global payroll function during a critical stand‑up as the Food Ingredients business becomes standalone. You will drive Day 1 readiness, ensure compliant operations across 45+ countries and ~5,700 employees, and own governance and process improvements post go‑live.

Qualifications

Extensive global payroll leadership experience in a multinational setting.
Experience leading payroll implementations and transformations across many countries.
Ability to manage external payroll vendors within a global service model.
Strong governance, controls, and regulatory knowledge across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function.
Own delivery against the project plan with milestones, risks, and dependencies managed.
Drive Day 1 payroll readiness across 45+ countries for ~5,700 employees.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and business leadership to ensure compliance.
Oversee vendor coordination and ensure the vendor model is executed effectively.
