Job summary

IFF is seeking a Director, Global Payroll to lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function for the Food Ingredients business as it transitions to a standalone organization. You will drive Day 1 readiness across 45+ countries for about 5,700 employees, manage vendor relationships, and build a compliant, scalable steady-state payroll operation post go-live.

Qualifications

• Extensive global payroll leadership experience across multiple countries and complex structures.
• Experience leading payroll implementations, transitions, or transformations.
• Ability to manage external payroll vendors and vendor service delivery models.
• Strong governance, controls, and compliance knowledge in global payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function across 45+ countries for 5,700 employees.
• Own the global payroll project plan with milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.
• Drive Day 1 payroll readiness and ensure a stable, scalable steady-state operation post go-live.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful stand-up and transition.
• Establish governance, controls, service metrics, and continuous improvement in payroll processes.
• Serve as the future-state US Payroll Lead while maintaining global payroll leadership responsibilities.
