Job summary

Atoms is hiring a Senior Payroll Lead to own global payroll end to end across 30 countries and multiple entities. You’ll manage the Workday and ADP architecture as the system of record, drive transformation, and govern international payroll partners.

The role requires extensive multi‑country experience, deep Workday expertise, and a proven ability to scale payroll operations in a fast‑growing company. Base salary is commensurate with experience and location, with annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in payroll with international scope.
• 10+ years leading payroll teams across geographies.
• Deep Workday experience including implementation.
• Experience with international payroll vendors (Safeguard Global, Papaya Global, CloudPay).
• Experience transforming payroll processes at high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Own global payroll end to end across roughly 30 countries and multiple entities.
• Run the Workday and ADP architecture as the system of record for data and payroll workflows.
• Lead consolidation of international processes and rebuild payroll infrastructure for scale.
• Own vendor strategy and govern international payroll partners across regions.
• Support a layered workforce while maintaining accuracy and service quality as headcount grows.
• Build a lean payroll organization with clear standards and strong governance.
