Confidential is seeking a Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, compliant payments and scalable processes.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, HRIS, Legal and external providers to optimize controls, reporting, and automation, support international assignments, and drive payroll improvements aligned with the company’s people and financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years payroll experience, multi-country/global exposure preferred.
• Experience with US payroll tax and international payroll practices.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Dayforce, Deel, Papaya, Rippling or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries and locations.
• Ensure payroll is accurate, timely and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with local payroll providers and EOR partners as applicable.
• Review payroll calculations, payroll registers, tax filings, and reconciliations.
