Job summary

Organon seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple European entities, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely delivery. You will liaise with HR, Finance, Tax, and external providers, driving continuous improvement and standardization across countries.

Ideal candidates have strong payroll knowledge, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with ADP Celergo or Workday, plus the ability to work independently within a regional team. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of payroll components and processes
• Knowledge of payroll laws, social security, tax
• Experience in international remuneration is a plus
• Highly organized with strong deadline management
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Knowledge of ADP Celergo and Workday is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail across multiple countries

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities
• Validate personnel and compensation changes for accuracy
• Ensure statutory payroll compliance and tax filings
• Perform payroll controls and support audits
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and SLAs
• Act as payroll expert for HR, Finance, Tax, and employees
• Drive standardization and system optimization across countries
