DRiV is seeking a Global Payroll Tax & Compliance Manager to oversee payroll compliance across 30+ countries and U.S. tax operations. You will partner with Payroll, Tax, HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate withholding, reporting, and remittance, while strengthening governance.

Formación

• Experience leading multinational payroll compliance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax filings and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee global payroll compliance activities across countries and regions.
• Lead U.S. payroll tax operations including withholding, reporting, and remittance.
• Maintain compliance calendars, controls, and documentation.
• Partner with Audit, Legal, Finance, and HR to address findings and remediation.
