Qualifications

• CPA required; 10+ years tax experience in multinational environment.
• Expertise in federal and state tax; ASC 740 knowledge.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the income tax provision process (ASC 740).
• Oversee Uncertain Tax Positions documentation.
• Lead audit defense for tax examinations with authorities.
• Lead domestic tax planning and coordination with international operations.
• Prepare consolidated federal and state/local income tax returns; supervise outside providers.
• Develop and mentor tax personnel.
