This role uses ADP for payroll, maintains records, and collaborates with benefits providers while assisting HR audits, onboarding/offboarding, and executive team scheduling and events.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP.
• Experience maintaining employee records in an HRIS or payroll system.
• 3+ years in an administrative/coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process US payroll with ADP and coordinate international payroll.
• Maintain payroll records, benefits deductions, and garnishments.
• Investigate payroll issues and generate payroll reports.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment verification.
• Support HR audits, benefits administration, and vendor billing.
• Assist with recruitment tasks and HR-related events.
