Gravity Global, Minneapolis-based marketing consultancy, is seeking a Payroll Manager (US) to oversee end-to-end payroll for employees across the United States. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations, acting as the subject-matter expert on payroll rules and using ADP Workforce Now as the primary system.

In this role you will partner with HR and Finance, manage multi-state tax filings and year-end processes, implement process improvements, and maintain payroll policies

Qualifications

• Experience end-to-end payroll processing for US employees.
• Compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including taxes and reporting.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and end-to-end payroll responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for U.S. employees including data collection and processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Oversee multi-state payroll compliance and implement regulatory updates.
• Administer ADP Workforce Now configuration and support.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for accurate data and GL alignment.
• Manage payroll audits, year-end processes, and tax filings.
• Develop payroll policies and internal controls.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll-related projects and process improvements.
