Job summary

Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist in Chicago to manage semi-monthly payroll, benefits administration, and broader HR operations as the firm grows.

You will handle HRIS (Paylocity), ESOP considerations, and international payroll with a high degree of accuracy, collaborating with Finance and HR leadership to ensure timely, accurate payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Five+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits.
• Paylocity experience strongly preferred; international payroll exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage semi-monthly payroll processing and tax setup.
• Administer benefits enrollments, deductions, and COBRA.
• Support UK payroll and international expansion.
• Maintain HRIS data in Paylocity and generate reports.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for employees.
• Support time-off tracking and HR records compliance.
