Job summary

Airspace is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to administer payroll across multiple entities and EOR partnerships, ensuring on-time processing with 100% accuracy and compliance across tax, social security, and retirement requirements in every territory Airspace operates.

You will work with HR and Finance to continually improve payroll processes, manage notices and audits, and partner with in-country providers to scale payroll operations across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Experience administering international payroll and collaborating with HR/Finance across time zones.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and process global payroll across all entities and EOR platforms, ensuring on-time processing and 100% accuracy.
• Maintain compensation, benefits, and retirement plan administration across jurisdictions with regular audits.
• Lead automation and scale payroll operations and maintain payroll controls and documentation.
