Job summary

Airspace is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to deliver accurate, on‑time payroll for a worldwide workforce. You’ll administer payroll across entities and EOR partnerships, ensuring tax, social security, and retirement compliance in every territory the company operates in.

You will drive improvements, manage audits, and collaborate with HR and Finance to optimize payroll processes and scale operations as Airspace grows. Remote work in the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a payroll specialist or administrator, including international payroll or payroll across multiple organizations/entities and pay cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and process global payroll across all Airspace entities and Employer-of-Record platforms with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain compensation, health benefits, and retirement plan administration across jurisdictions; perform audits.
• Lead efforts to automate and scale payroll operations and ensure timely filings with authorities.
