Airspace is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to administer payroll across entities and EOR platforms, ensuring tax, social security, and retirement compliance across jurisdictions. The role emphasizes accuracy, deadline-driven delivery, and collaboration with HR and Finance to optimize payroll operations.

The position requires hands-on experience with multi-country payroll, audits, and process improvement, with a remote-friendly setup in the U.S. and preferred Carlsbad, CA base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll (global or multi-entity)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll tooling (multinational)

Responsibilities

• Own and improve global payroll processes across entities and vendor ecosystems.
• Ensure on-time payroll processing with high accuracy; manage audits and compliance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal on notices, filings, and regulatory changes.
• Lead automation initiatives to scale payroll operations across markets.
