The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of payroll experience across countries, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across time zones in a hybrid environment. Brazil experience is a significant advantage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with UKG payroll systems is required.
• Global payroll experience supporting multiple countries is required.
• Strong understanding of international payroll practices, compliance requirements, and payroll accounting fundamentals.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience managing payroll discrepancies, reconciliations, and payroll-related inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across different time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Process and support weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
• Prepare, calculate, reconcile, and maintain accurate payroll records, including payroll distributions, direct deposits, and adjustments.
• Support global payroll operations, including multi-state, multi-site, and international payroll processing.
• Partner with international payroll providers and vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and escalated payroll issues.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll reconciliations, reporting, and payroll tax activities.
• Maintain compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and international teams to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.
• Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
• Support payroll system enhancements, implementations, and special projects as needed.
