Job summary

Arclin's Corporate Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Payroll Analyst for a full-time hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 remote). You will prepare, process and maintain payroll calculations and distributions, manage bi-weekly payroll cycles, and address payroll inquiries from internal stakeholders.

The position requires 3–5 years of payroll/accounting experience, solid accounting fundamentals, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot). A BS/BA in business or accounting is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll/accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, processes and maintains payroll calculations.
• Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and ad-hoc inquiries.
• Leads resolution of payroll issues and ensures bi-weekly payroll execution.
• Responds to payroll inquiries from stakeholders; escalates as needed.
• Assists with quarterly year-end reconciliations.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax payments.
• Handle multi-site & multi-state/country payroll runs as needed.
