Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This newly created role will support global payroll operations across US, LATAM, and EU regions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll experience, is proficient with UKG, and comfortable coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on payroll questions. Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares global payroll calculations and process direct deposits across the US, LATAM, and EU regions
• Bi-weekly payroll processing and resolving issues related to payroll cycles
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on payroll related questions
• Assist with quarterly and annual payroll reconciliations, tax, and audits
• Assist with UKG implementation, workflow optimization, and integration of new businesses
