Arclin is seeking a Payroll Analyst for our Alpharetta, GA headquarters in a hybrid role (3 days in, 2 remote). This full-time position supports bi-weekly payroll for multiple countries, leveraging UKG and Workday while ensuring accurate calculations and compliance across regions.

You will collaborate with payroll, HR, and external vendors, manage year-end tasks, and work across time zones to meet peak-period demands.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting, or a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll practices.
• Experience with UKG.
• Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Experience processing payroll across multiple countries/regions in a global organization.
• Working knowledge of international payroll practices and country-specific compliance.
• Experience partnering with global payroll providers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, processes and maintains payroll calculations.
• Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and Ad-hoc payroll inquiries.
• Leads the resolution of Payroll related issues and obstacles, ensuring seamless execution of bi-weekly payroll processes.
• Respond to payroll related inquiries from the payroll team, HR professionals, and internal/external stakeholders; handle escalations as needed.
• Assists with quarterly year-end reconciliations.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax payments.
• Ability to work additional hours during high peak times (year-end/implementation).
• Process all global payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and assist with multi-site & multi-state/country payroll runs as needed.
