Job summary

US Conec Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT/HRIS, and vendors to resolve payroll issues, drive process improvements, and maintain data integrity. The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Progressive, full-cycle payroll experience (3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, garnishments.
• Experience with payroll reporting, GL, audits, and year-end processing.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and system implementations.
• Proficient Excel for payroll data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle payroll processing for multiple employee groups.
• Validate timekeeping and payroll data across complex pay structures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT/HRIS, and vendors.
• Travel up to 25% to support locations.
