Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to lead end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payroll operations across multiple states and international regions.

You will manage tax filings, audits, and system integrations while partnering with HR, Finance, and IT/HRIS to drive improvements. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with Paylocity, Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field (equivalent relevant experience considered).
• 3–5 years of progressive, full-cycle payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, FLSA, deductions, garnishments, and payroll compliance.
• Experience with payroll reporting, general ledger, audits, reconciliations, tax reporting, W-2s, and year-end processing.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or migrations.
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel and payroll data analysis skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external payroll vendors.
• Experience with process automation and optimization; data integrity and validation; root-cause analysis and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle payroll processing for wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Validate timekeeping and payroll data across complex pay structures.
• Process piece-rate payroll and multi-state or global payroll requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations (IRS, DOL, state/local, international).
• Manage payroll tax filings, deposits, and year-end reporting (W-2s).
• Develop payroll metrics, dashboards, and reports for performance monitoring.
