Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage accurate and timely payroll for domestic and international employees. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and HRIS providers to ensure compliance and maintain data integrity across all employee groups.

The role involves processing diverse payroll types, reconciling timekeeping, and supporting audits with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. A rigorous attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance/business.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, garnishments and compliance.
• Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for all employee groups, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compile, validate, and process payroll data including bonuses, commissions, and off-cycle payments.
• Review timekeeping data and investigate discrepancies prior to submission.
• Maintain payroll records: wages, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits.
• Administer payroll processes for temporary employees including agency reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
