Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead the International Testing Programs team within Global Product Quality. You will own payments testing across Meta’s apps and coordinate in-market validation using real local payment methods.

You will also contribute to broader ITP goals, scale testing through automation, and drive data-driven decision making with finance, legal, and compliance partners. This role supports international launches and AI-enabled testing practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing vendor relationships at scale.
• Experience with payments or fintech products.
• Experience with in-market testing or international validation.
• Ability to drive data-driven decisions and define program metrics.
• Experience communicating status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated AI tool integration to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta's payments testing programs across international markets.
• Coordinate in-country validation of payment experiences with local methods.
• Define coverage and quality metrics for testing programs.
• Apply automation to scale how testing gets delivered.
• Shape testing across Meta apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads).
• Turn results into recommendations for product and engineering teams.
• Support broader ITP mission: test coverage, execution, and operations.
