Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software, systems, hardware, or technical product/program management experience.
• Experience delivering complex programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Experience defining strategic direction and identifying opportunities for impact.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining scope.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions.
• Executive communication and influence with senior leadership.
• Strong organizational, coordination and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving for large-scale systems.
• Experience collaborating with product teams to deliver end-to-end customer-focused products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage and own cross-functional products and programs in a matrix organization.
• Drive and influence technical and product strategy and set direction for cross-functional areas.
• Help define roadmaps and long-term strategy for teams you work with.
• Design measurements to track impact and drive process improvements.
• Articulate goals, milestones, and requirements of your team.
• Collaboratively define the vision for Meta-scale, state-of-the-art, global products.
• Develop and manage project plans, coordination, and quality assurance for tasks.
• Coordinate with TPMs, PMs, and engineers to align on shared vision and execution.
• Communicate planning, status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives.
