TikTok is seeking an experienced FCC Advisory professional to join the Global Payments Financial Crimes Compliance team to support fintech operations for TikTok Ads. You will be the primary compliance liaison for ads products and advise on AML risks across the customer lifecycle.

The role involves designing controls, embedding financial crimes compliance into product development, and coordinating with legal, product and engineering to ensure risk-based decisions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of AML compliance or financial crimes advisory.
• Knowledge of AML frameworks (BSA/AML, FATF, FinCEN) and digital/fintech contexts.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for clear guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as FCC point of contact for TikTok Ads and advise on AML risks.
• Provide SME on AML regulatory requirements and risk typologies.
• Partner with product and engineering to assess AML risk from ideation to launch.
• Lead AML risk assessments for new products and jurisdictions.
• Maintain scalable AML controls for monitoring, onboarding, and detection.
• Support AML policies and procedures across digital products.
