Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Global Payments Technology Audit Leader to join the Global Technology Audit team in San Jose. The role focuses on developing and implementing audit strategies for payment compliance, lending, and other regulated financial products across TikTok businesses outside China.

You will lead audits of the payments ecosystem, evaluate technology, security, and data risks, and engage regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compliance or technology auditing experience within payments, fintech, or regulatory bodies.
• Strong understanding of payment regulations and reviews of payment systems, architecture, and control environments.
• Experience building audit plans for APAC/EMEA payments entities and leading complex technology audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology audit strategies for payment, lending, and regulated financial products across TikTok entities in APAC/EMEA.
• Lead complex, risk-based technology audits from planning through reporting and executive communication.
• Collaborate with regulators and supervisory authorities to maintain transparent relationships.
• Review payment technology architecture, platforms, and end-to-end payment processing across consumer and merchant flows.
• Assess technology risk and provide practical, risk-based recommendations and improvements.
• Maintain high-quality audit work adhering to standards and drive process improvements.
