Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Product Risk Execution professional to elevate risk management within the Global Payments Solutions organization. You will support product managers by providing risk expertise, governance, and collaboration across control partners and regulators.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, SPI/PRAs, and issue documentation, while driving regulatory change management and ensuring alignment with enterprise expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Banking product management and risk management.
• 3+ years Transaction Banking / Cash Management product management or development.
• 3+ years risk management in business controls/operational risk/compliance/financial crimes/audit/sanctions/AML.
• Experience in managing discussions with internal Audit/Compliance/external Regulators.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects in a global financial institution.
• Familiarity with banking and payments regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with sanctions regulations affecting Transaction Banking.
• Knowledge of upcoming alternative payment methods and regulations.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment with rapid change.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to align multiple inputs.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to the Global Head of GPS Product Risk Execution and matrix report to Global Liquidity Executive.
• Enable risk management across the Global Liquidity Product team and ensure high quality risk governance across processes.
• Engage with senior leaders of control partners and key stakeholders on GPS risk matters.
• Manage regular routines with Product executives to review open issues and regulatory changes.
• Develop and QA Product Intake assessments, PRAs, SPIs, and risk deliverables as per enterprise expectations.
• Lead SPI owners on risk & controls assessment and SPI updates.
