Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Product Risk Execution professional within the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) organization in New York. The role focuses on elevating risk governance, supporting product managers, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to manage regulatory and risk-related activities.

You will engage with control partners, drive risk assessments, and ensure timely responses to audits and inspections while maintaining delivery momentum across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Transaction Banking / Cash Management product management or product development experience, preferably with a Payments background.
• 3+ years risk management experience in business controls/operational risk/compliance/financial crimes/Audit/Sanctions/AML.
• Experience in managing discussions with internal Audit/Compliance/external Regulators.
• Experience leading large scale projects across cross-functional partners in a global financial institution.
• Familiarity with banking & payments regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with sanctions regulations impacting Transaction Banking.
• Experience with upcoming alternative payment methods and regulations.
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment and adapt to change.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Enable risk governance across the Global Liquidity Product team and related processes.
• Engage with control partners (Business Controls, COO, Global Banking Risk, GFC, GCOR) and Operations & Technology on GPS risk matters.
• Lead regular reviews of issues, watch items, and regulatory initiatives; drive risk deliverables and action closures.
• Advise Product Managers on audit requests and regulatory inquiries; support regulatory engagements.
• Monitor risk indicators across GPS products including operational losses and client-related issues.
