Job summary

Capital One National Association seeks a Sr. Director, Global Payment Network and Senior Director Payments Product Go to Market to lead the go to market strategy, execution, and commercialization of global payments offerings.

You will drive strategy, cross-functional alignment, risk controls, and training to enable scalable product launches and superior user experiences. The role requires deep marketing leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering large-scale GTM

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
At least 8 years of Marketing experience.
At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
At least 3 years of experience in people leadership.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of Marketing experience.
7+ years of Project Management experience.
5+ years of experience in people leadership.

Responsibilities

Develops strategic go to market strategies for a broad range of critical products with both domestic and international availability.
Owns go to market roadmaps and prioritization to deliver successful launches.
Collaborates with client facing teams, product, operations and marketing to align goals.
Creates vision for GTM capabilities and automation, including Product Library access and usability.
Owns commercialization and risk management processes for the GTM function.
Leverages market knowledge to improve user experiences and product adoption.
