Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Payment Network to lead business market strategy and go-to-market execution for Payments Products.

You will drive the vision for product commercialization across global payments, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure successful launches and strong user experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 8 years of Marketing experience.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic go to market strategies for a broad range of products with both domestic and international availability.
• Owns go to market strategies and contributes to the development of Payments business goals.
• Responsible for prioritization of the product go to market roadmaps while balancing trade-offs for effective market delivery.
• Drives customer value through well documented and communicated products.
