Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Own business segment strategy with 1–6 month horizon planning.
• Lead and mentor analysts to develop talent across Capital One.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform go-to-market plans.
• Drive credit risk insights with models and hypothesis testing.
• Coordinate across lines of business to deliver on product strategy.
