Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Director, Payment Operations to own the strategy, systems, and vendor ecosystem behind Cvent Payments. You will manage Stripe Connect relationships, multi-currency processing, and onboarding, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to scale payments globally.

This role leads a payments operations team and drives PCI-DSS compliance, fraud prevention, and process improvements using AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments, treasury, fintech, or payment operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Stripe relationship and payments roadmap across the platform.
• Lead payments operations team including risk, compliance, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to scale multi-currency payments.
