Cvent is seeking a Director, Payment Operations to own strategy, systems, and the vendor ecosystem behind Cvent Payments. You will manage Stripe Connect, oversee PCI compliance, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Accounting to scale payments globally.

The role requires 10+ years in payments/fintech with leadership experience and a Bachelor's; MBA is a plus. Expect cross-functional leadership and a focus on automation and risk management.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in payments, treasury, fintech, or payment operations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record negotiating vendor contracts and managing multi-million-dollar payments spend.
• Deep knowledge of PCI-DSS and card network rules; compliant and risk-aware.

Responsabilidades

• Own payments strategy and vendor management, including Stripe relationship and pricing.
• Define and drive a multi-year payments roadmap aligned to product and growth.
• Lead day-to-day payment operations, compliance, and risk management.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Finance to scale payments globally.
