Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Director of Payments Operations to own strategy, systems, and vendor relationships that power global event payments. You will lead Stripe Connect integrations, multi-currency processing, and onsite payments, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance.

This role requires 10+ years in payments with leadership, PCI-DSS expertise, and a proven ability to optimize costs and risk. You will build a high-performing team and drive cross-functional initiatives across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments, treasury, fintech, or payments operations.
• Experience managing a processor relationship, ideally Stripe/Stripe Connect.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own payments strategy and vendor management, including Stripe relationships and pricing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Finance on roadmap and execution.
• Drive automation across transaction processing, reconciliation, and risk controls.
• Maintain PCI Level 1 status and regulatory compliance across geographies.
• Build and lead a high-performing payments operations team.
