A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a fast-paced, high-volume operation in Jeffersonville, IN. This onsite role requires an Indiana license, attention to detail, and the ability to handle production-level tasks on the 1st shift.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with repetitive duties, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate reliable attendance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Strong attention to detail; accuracy-focused mindset (required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy/fulfillment environment (preferred).
• Comfort with repetitive tasks, standing, and meeting productivity expectations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems/screens.
• Reliable attendance and strong accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing
• Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders
• Replenish medications in automated cells and maintain inventory rotation
• Open and handle large quantities of medication bottles as needed
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and patient instructions are included
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow pharmacy policies and procedures
• Support workflow in a high-production, metrics-driven environment
• Follow privacy and confidentiality standards and all applicable pharmacy regulations
