• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, or Risk with a large financial services company.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the current-state testing landscape and establishes the future-state Quality Control function.
• Designs and executes the GPO Quality Control strategy.
• Leads organizational change to implement the target-state testing strategy across FLUs, Risk, Audit, and EIT.
• Defines testing standards, methodologies, and governance requirements.
• Maintains a centralized GPO testing inventory and ownership.
• Drives readiness for Operations Risk 2.0, aligning GPO and EIT responsibilities.
• Oversees testing activities, case management, and reporting of results.
• Identifies issues and suggests corrective actions to strengthen control environment.
• Leads QA enhancements to support business continuity.
• Manages performance of associates conducting quality inspections.
• Manages and reviews responses for regulatory exams and audits.
• Ensures data accuracy for inspection metrics and dashboards.
• Serves as SME for quality control, testing strategy, and governance across GPO.
• Influences business partners, Risk, Audit, and regulators.
