The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to drive collaboration with Technology, Operations, Audit, GCOR, GIS, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, or compliance experience.
• 3+ years in data management, AI, or information security.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for executives and analysts; strong written communication.
• Ability to connect the dots and perform thematic analysis.
• Proven ownership, change-management mindset, and collaboration skills.
• Strong relationship management to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation and reporting skills.
• MS Office 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leads the assessment of design and effectiveness of risk controls to support operations.
• Monitors and tests controls, identifying issues and remediation actions.
• Leads implementation of optimized controls and QA practices.
• Manages performance and productivity of QA team members.
• Ensures timely QA activities, control execution, and reporting.
• Manages and reviews responses for regulatory exams and audits.
• Ensures data accuracy for inspection metrics and dashboards.
