Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in global payer markets, healthcare consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy targeting global payers.
• Proactively identify and pursue high-potential payer partnerships to support growth and market expansion.
• Translate payer insights into actionable opportunities and partnership models.
• Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline using market analytics and payer intelligence.
• Collaborate with payer contracting to develop long-term strategic partnerships with international payers and TPAs.
