Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
- Master's Degree in Business preferred.
- 5+ years in global payer markets or healthcare-related business development.
- 5+ years understanding international payer dynamics and patient access.
- Experience linking strategy, analytics and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of global payer business strategy.
- Identify and pursue high-potential payer partnerships.
- Translate payer insights into actionable opportunities and models.
- Maintain an opportunity pipeline using analytics and payer intel.
- Collaborate with contracting and strategy teams for partnerships.
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement and governance reviews.
