Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cases, planning inpatient and outpatient care with providers for consultation, diagnosis, and procedures.
• Facilitate consultations at affiliated locations and generate ad-hoc reports in response to client requests.
• Manage billing and payments for timely service.
• Ensure accuracy of international demographics and financial data in hospital registration systems.
• Receive and manage letters of guarantee from embassies or insurers.
• Notify patients and physician offices of deposit requirements and potential scheduling issues.
• Promote awareness of the International Program within and outside the hospital.
• Deliver concierge-level service to each patient.
