Mass General Brigham is seeking an International Office liaison to coordinate international referrals across departments, ensuring efficient processes and high patient and physician satisfaction.

You will manage inpatient and outpatient planning, schedule consultations, oversee billing, verify demographics and financial data, and deliver concierge-level service to patients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years in healthcare with administrative responsibilities preferred.
• Experience supporting international patient services or similar programs is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple hospital departments and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international referrals, liaising with hospital departments and providers.
• Schedule consultations using the web-based appointment system and manage related reports.
• Manage billing and payments to ensure timely service.
• Ensure accuracy of international demographics and financial data in registration systems.
• Notify patients and physicians of deposit requirements and potential issues.
• Represent the International Program positively within and outside the hospital.
• Deliver concierge-level service to each patient.
