Responsibilities

• Coordinates and processes patient intake for demographic, financial, and medical information and triages to relevant offices for financial and appointment management.
• Provides essential concierge services to patients and families, including lodging, transportation, and language services.
• Maintains data entry of patient documentation in the international referral database and department calendar.
• Communicates and processes outgoing and incoming messages accurately and timely.
• Educates international patients and staff on cultural, medical perspectives and nuances.
