Qualifications

• Liaises between referral sources, patients, hospitals and physicians.
• Schedules appointments and verifies insurance coverage.
• Gathers data from patients, physicians and payers; prepares cost estimates.
• Maintains relationships with doctors, staff and families; handles after-hours calls.
