Blue Hawaiian Helicopters seeks a Sales Account Manager to be the face of the company and drive revenue from a portfolio of partnerships across the State. You will contract affiliate relationships, collaborate with Reservations to process and service group business, and manage issues with partners.

With responsibility for markets including Japan and Korea, you will visit partner locations, negotiate terms, and maintain content accuracy, rates, and guest-service expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university.
• 2-4 years professional experience in sales/account management and/or customer service (hospitality preferred).
• Experience with Asia markets (Japan, Korea, China) and knowledge of travel/concierge industry.

Aufgaben

• Acquire, negotiate, and contract affiliate partnerships to grow sales.
• Collaborate with Reservations Manager to ensure smooth handoff and inventory management.
• Represent offerings, rates, and policies to bases and partners.
• Travel to partner locations 75% of the time to promote and grow business.
• Drive revenue by pursuing and closing sales opportunities across the portfolio.
• Manage partner communications and resolve escalations; monitor performance for growth opportunities.
